Two-point calibration is now possible.
A one-point calibration is adequate for the ISFETCOM S2K712 pH meter, but as an enhanced feature, two-point calibration is now possible. The newest version can be calibrated at pH7.0 and pH4.0 for basic solutions, or at 7.0pH and 9.2pH for alkaline solutions. For both alkaline and basic solutions the 7.0pH calibrations is performed first.
Please confirm the serial number on the S2K712 pH meter is in the ” 2xxxxxx” series before purchasing the new model pH meter of S2K712.
High-end model pHmeter, S2K922
High-end model of the S2K series of pH meter with a resolution of 0.01 pH has been added to ISFETCOM Co. Ltd’s product line. It is available for sale as of March, 2010.

The New Replaceable reference –R2K712–Ecologocal, economical design
●When the bubble inside the electrode fills half the internal liquid chamber, the Reference Electrode should be exchanged.
● The exchangeable Reference Electrode R2K712 can be used with the OEM pH Meters by SHINDENGEN.
Hach IQ120, 125 has been Out of Production by Shindengen in Oct. of 2008
As you may already know, Shindengen previously announced the discontinuation of production of ISFET pH meters in March of 2007. Shindengen no longer manufactures these pH meters. The IQ scientific pH meters, IQ 120 and IQ 125, were OEM products developed by Shindengen in Japan. The ecologocal and economical design of the IQ pH meters were originally developed by Shindengen.
Can you upgrade your Hach pH meters? Yes, you can ! You can upgrade the IQ 120 and IQ 125 for the advanced pH meter S2K712.

Thank you very much for purchasing the OEM productions of ISFET-pH meters from Shindengen.
Unfortunately, Shindengen no longer makes the pH meters. The OEM models IQ120 and IQ125 that you purchased from IQ scientific (Hach) have been out of production by Shindengen since October of 2008.
However, Shindengen has given great supports during the start-up of ISFETCOM. ISFETCOM now offers an advanced version that features fully automatic temperature compensation and many other superior functions. You are encouraged to consider our Model R2K712 (Reference electrode) and S2K712(pH meter) as alternative that will meet your present as well as future needs.
Proclaim the Hach miniLab Pocket pH Meters are blatant copycats.
Recently, even though problems during use of the pH meters have been found, Hach Co. of USA is selling pH meters copied from SHINDENGEN’s pH meters.
Caution: Please note these are copies of the SHINDENGEN manufactured goods. SHINDENGEN no longer manufactures these pH meters or reference electrodes.
- Please do not use the for KS701, KS723, and other OEM reference electrodes from Hach Co. These are copied goods and due to the different shape of the electrode performace of the pH meter may be compromised.
- Moreover, please do not use our R2K712 in any pH meter made by the Hach company. The Hach Company pH meters are copied goods of Shindengen. The meter may perform, but the reproducibility of the pH measurement is not satisfactory when using our Reference Electrode with pH meters made by the Hach Company. We can not take responsibility if you use our R2K712 Reference Electrode with pH meters made by the Hach Co.
The replaceable reference electrode #: RF01-01 copied by Hach is blatant copycats of the reference electrode originally designed by Shindengen. And the Hach miniLa pH Meters are also blatant copycats of the products originally designed by Shindengen. But Hach was not able to copy our ISFET pH sensor which is the key device in ISFET pH meters. Moreover, illustrations in the PDF Manuals of Hach miniLab H128 include a plagiarized version of the illustrations in the PDF Manuals KS701 and KS723. Those illustrations were originally designed by Beuyskreis and Shindengen in 1995.
